At 2woof.store, our mission is to ensure every dog lives a stress-free, happy life. As former veterinarians and rescue volunteers, we stand behind the quality of our gear. However, if a product isn't the right fit for your pup, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure health and safety for all pets, your item must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return:

  • It must be in the same condition as received (unworn or unused).
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is defective).

4. Damages and Issues (Vet-Quality Check)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Since our products are designed to support your dog’s well-being, we want to make sure everything is perfect. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or final sale.
  • Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on digital or physical gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item. This ensures your dog gets their new toy as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
