1.General & Stock Availability

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy. If we are unable to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available products to you and contact you immediately. You will have the option to await restocking of the backordered item or receive a full refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

  • USA, Canada & Australia: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
  • International: For other regions, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Payment for shipping (if applicable) will be collected at the time of purchase. This will be the final price for shipping to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 business days of payment. Our team operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. We take every step to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.

3.2 Transit Time (Estimates)

  • USA, Canada & Australia: 3 - 15 business days (FREE)
  • EU Countries: 3 - 7 business days
  • NZ / Rest of the World: 5 - 20 business days

3.3 Change of Delivery Address We can change the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your details.

3.4 P.O. Box & Military Shipping We ship to P.O. Box and Military addresses (APO/FPO) using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these specific locations.

4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping carrier.

5. Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will reserve the existing items in your order and wait for the remaining item to be available before dispatching the entire order. We will notify you if this occurs.

6. Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is already applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be liable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country. 2woof.store encourages you to be aware of these potential costs. If you refuse to pay duties upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at the customer's expense. You will receive a refund for the goods' value minus the return shipping cost.

7. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit

We handle every package with care, using plastic-free packaging.

  • Damaged: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If it has already been delivered, take photos and contact us immediately.
  • Lost: If a parcel is deemed lost by the courier, we will process a replacement or refund as soon as the investigation is complete.

8. Cancellations

If you change your mind, we accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of Mind: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Warranty: We honor valid warranty claims for defects within 90 days. Please contact us for the return process.
